Nightstand Inspiration
Reading Time: 2 minutesBy Linda Kaplan, MHA
I love to read. I love to learn. And I love to be inspired by those who have mastered their craft. In my world of marketing, there is a plethora of literature to marinate in…and, as we all know, only so many hours in a day to indulge.
Being forced to shelter at home for most of 2020, I often retreated at the end of the workday, a lazy Sunday afternoon, or in the evening when I snuck into bed early and grabbed one of many books I have piled on my nightstand. Hello old friend! In addition to some great historical fiction (my favorite), I discovered a few gems regarding business, leadership, management, and creativity. Some were new, others I found rereading as new, despite the dog-eared corners and highlights from reading over and over throughout the years. Here are a few, in no particular order, you may find worthy of your spare time as you navigate your way through this challenging animal healthcare industry. I hope you enjoy them.
